Welcome graphic

Greetings and welcome to my humble web site! I'm an aspiring author and closet artist from the little town of Piggott, Arkansas. Yeah, I know it sounds like a corny name for a southern town but it's actually not bad here.  Boring...but not bad. I mainly focus on sci-fi or anthropomorphic/furry drawings, comics, and written fiction. However, my writings generally cover a wider range of topics. I'm not a very experianced artist, so you may like to check out the stories first. Thanks again for your visit. I hope you like it here!

The goal of this site is mainly to post my work, get comments and sugestions, study the art of others, and learn. In the mean time, feel free to browse and explore. This site should become quite extensive over the next few years, slowly but surely.

Latest News:

Saturday, August 25, 2007: Today, I'm introducing a new piece of fiction in the Stories and Writing section, Failsafe. Failsafe is an episodic story with anthropomorphic characters, set in Hong Kong thirty two years in the future after a third world war. I've posted the first episode, "Giants". Failsafe was originally inspired by the anime OVA, Fooly Cooly with influences from the anime Gad Guard, Neon Genesis Evangelion, the ska band Five Iron Frenzy, and some elements of my own life. While far from masterful, I believe Failsafe is my best work to date. I designed the story to play out kind of like a TV series or a graphic novel, with a total of fourteen episodes in the works.

Also today I've added a new image to the General Anthro section. It's a commissioned art piece by my sister called "Leopard and Gryphon". It features two characters of mine, Aash and Uray. Finally, I did some more editing on the prologue and first chapter of Echoes. I've updated them on the site.

Tuesday, July 10, 2007:
I overhauled the general look of the site today, updated the Links section, fixed a ton of spelling errors, and reorganized the Stories and Writings section, adding a new column labeled "Nonfiction" with an essay I wrote during my short stay in college to go with it.

Friday, January 20, 2006: I'm finaly paying attention to my site again, though I don't know for how long this time. My comic strip "Molotov Cocktail" can now be found through my site. Go to 'Comics', click on 'Molotov Cocktail. Molotov Cocktail takes place around 1958 shortly after the launch of Sputnik II. The main character is Soviet general, Katrina Molotov, of the KGB, and her struggle in dealing with CIA incursions and the stupidity of the people under her. The comic also pokes fun at American life and political struggles during the 1950's, and American annoyances in general.

Also today, I straightened up a few things on the site.

Thursday, December 9, 2004: Added a new character in General Anthro and also in Un Sans Autre: Intro. I also cleaned up some of the clutter in the site; straightened things up.
